Shipping Policy 

Order Processing Time: Items generally ship in 3-5 business days for ready to ship items.  For custom items please see individual listings for more information.  

Shipping Carriers & Methods: We ship with USPS via the method chosen at checkout.  

Shipping Costs: Calculated based on dollar amount of order.  

Economy Rates 

$0-$20: $5.50 

$20.01-$40: $6.50 

$40.01-$75: $8.50 

$75.01-$99.00: $10.50 

Orders $100 and up receive free economy shipping. Upgrades available at checkout. 

Delivery Estimates: Economy (Ground Advantage) shipping approximately 2-8 days, Standard (Priority Mail) approx. 2-3 days. 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships an email will be sent to you with tracking information. 

Shipping Restrictions: We ship to the United States including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO. and Puerto Rico. 

International Shipping: At this time International shipping is not available. Digital downloads are available everywhere.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged please file a claim with the USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims Have your tracking number handy.  

Additionally please contact us at thistleandgriffin@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and photos of the shipping box so we may assist you.
