As the artist behind Thistle and Griffin I just want to thank you for being here! I've been creating and crafting my entire life and both embroidery and mosaic art are such passions for me.  I chose this shop name due to my love of anything Scottish and everything Mary Stuart. When I visited Scotland in 2023 there were so many inspiring Thistle-related art forms. Sculptures, painted art, greeting cards, magnets and more. 

So what about Griffin?  He's my horse.  A thoroughbred who failed at racing and now spends his days with an adult amateur on his back, playing with his friends, eating treats and being brushed and pampered.  He loves trail rides, carrots and matching outfits with me (no really he does I swear).
